Rumba Heavy Case for Mendelmax

Heavy Case with 3mm wall's.
Some more holes for Stepper-cables.
Added a hole for wireing the 40mm fan's.
All mounting holes are 2,8mm diameter for M3 screws.
Fixing holes for the 20mm profile are 4mm diameter.
