8 mm hacksaw mod

This is a version that will use 8mm rods instead of the 10mm rods listed. I however quickly realized I would have to redesign the mount spacers and everything which i am not going to do. someone can use this if you want to redesign the mount holes. I am going to mash up this power hacksaw with another one that uses 8mm already
