Fisher space pen module for Leatherman Wave holster

This module accepts a Fisher Space Pen in the common "bullet" form factor. I made this thing to mount on the [Modular Leatherman Wave Holster](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2478506). I may update with another one with a slot in the side for those of you that like to use the removable pocket clip. I don't thus I didn't design for it. Happy making!
