You need to download separately pcb enclosure library (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2684387) and GROVE-RJ45 enclosure ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2684696)
My import of the geometry from the Eagle file is not very good (as you will see with module SEEEDUINO_LOTUS_pcb ) but should be sufficient to print the box.
