Klien Bottle, smooth edition

This is yet another Klien bottle. Inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12432, thanks MakeALot. I did use a bit of MakeALot's code, the rest was done by revolving a 2D drawing.

The main feature is that it is all smooth flowing curves.

It was intended to be fully parametric. I found the math error that had eluded me before, and fixed it. The .scad file has been replaced with the new one that is fixed.
