In my version I have built in fan "covers" and because I do not think the metal heat sink is really needed or effective, I have added a space which take its place - and allows cool air to blow directly onto the filament before it enters the feed tube and also cools off the metal extruder itself. The nozzle blower fan is included and like wise has a built in fan cover. I know
