Dishwasher Cutlery Basket Base for Hotpoint

I am now on my 3rd Dishwasher Cutlery Basket for my dishwasher and I simply refuse the buy a 4th even though they are now only £16. Since it is always the bases that break I thought I would 3d print some reinforcement plates.

There are some already on Thingiverse but there were two issues, 1) finding the correct size, 2) the basic design can be difficult to print as small unsupported circles sit independently on the bed until about half way through the print when they start to join each oth
