80mm Printrbot Spool base piece

Provides a wider base (80mm) for the Printrbot Spool Holder, but not as wide as markbrannan's Spool Holder "upgrade." All of the spools I have bought are between 76-79.5mm wide, which just do not fit in the original spool holder that works for the 72mm wide Printrbot spools.
