Zombicide Black Plague Dungeon Door scaled 50% with reinforced hinges

This is scaled 50% which one user brought out is a more accurate size. I printed both and I agree the smaller is better. however the smaller has very flimsy hinges. Also when you print the original scaled 50% the stone details go away. I have raised the stone pattern so its more pronounced but this will result in a slightly thicker tile. The hinges have been tested and now are more usable to open and close without having to be careful. Let me know your thoughts.
