Ultimate third hand - alligator clip adapter for dial indicator holder

This adapter allows mounting alligator clip to magnetic base dial indicator holder. It's basically ultimate version of popular third hand, Dial indicator holder is rigid but with a twist of a knob allows flexible positioning.

Part list:
* 50mm alligator clip. Flatten the end with pliers.
* 3x8mm self taping screw. You can try to use standard M3 or 1/8 in. screw, but probably will have to drill hole a bit bigger.
* magnetic base dial indicator holder (to be found on eBay)
* a piece of stee
