calibration - quick - support angle

Very simple support angle tester.
One side is in 10 degree increments, the other is in 15 degree increments.
Each angle is printed a full 3mm in the Z.
Both 10 and 15 samples have offset and extruded samples, for examining wall thickness effect as well as increasingly weakening tilt.
Model is small to print fast, and simulate almost worst case scenario where heater is always in fairly close proximity to the print.
