A pretty alternate to apple pie! Very fun to make. I used this person's pie crust recipe and tips: https://www.handletheheat.com/best-ever-pie-crust/ And the filling amounts are 1 apple diced small, 1 Tablespoon flour, 1 Tablespoon brown sugar, 1/2 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon (this fills about 7 or 8 tartlets, increase as necessary for however many you are making).
