Sink cabinet panel holder.

I'm not sure of the proper name, but the panels in front of my sink have been a major pain. When initially installed it was possible to adjust some wooden latches with a screwdriver. When we installed deep sinks it was near impossible to tighten then and eventually they would become loose and the panels would droop.
