phantom titan modified pulsar and fin

remix of phantom titan pulsars and main fins from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:392773.
cannot link directly for some reason but everything has been cut to fit on a 200 x 200 build plate. mirror the pieces for the oppisite side i believe both left and right pulsars can be printed on the same plate, while the fins need to be printed in 3 seperate batches max depending upon how you position them.
