SMD tape holder tool

While www.thingiverse.com/thing:63275 posted an excellent solution for working with reels of SMD parts, many of us are just using short tape segments from online vendors. In a strip of 10 or 25 pieces, it is difficult to peel the clear tape and then pick parts from the tape with tweezers, especially if the tape rolls over and spills parts! This tool prints easily on small printers, holds several sizes of carrier tape (6,8,10 & 12 mm), and is sized to support both plastic and paper carrier.
