adjusted rudder - Swamp boat by RCWeinstadt

Remix from "Swamp boat by RCWeinstadt"

I changed the rudder so that the control arm is at the same height as the servo arm.
There are also holes at the pivot point for convenient mounting and a hole in the control arm.

Holes are designed for a 1mm rod
