Another iteration of the dial indicator holder.

I was tempted to use the existing, but decided on the following improvements

1. Has a simple bore for the stem. Stems are designed to be placed in hardened steel bores or collets as to not pinch the spindle, as a set screw would do.

2. Adds rear bracket for lug back dial indicator, slotted to allow for limited height adjustment.

3. Uses 3 magnets to keep the holder as level as possible. Magnets captured from above, so they can't pull o
