Anet A8 12864 LCD Mount Enclosure Cover LCD2004 Converter

This is a remix of 3D_print_Pilsen's LCD 12864 enclosure's cover and diycnc's mount to create a complete 'kit' for mounting RepRap LCD 12864 Smart Controller on an Anet A8/TronXY P802 (Uses the existing LCD2004 mounting holes to mount a LCD12864). Print both files and use original screws to mount the display.

NOTE: NOT compatible with TronXY as mounting holes are spaced differently.

Removed contrast pot hole as it is not changed often :)
