E3D Volcano / v6 40mm axial fang for CR-10 / Ender-4

This remix was constructed aka. hacked to provide proper part cooling flow with 40mm axial fan when using cr-10 heavy duty mod. There are two files, one for E3D v6 and one for E3D Volcano hotend.

For Ender-4 Printer:
The top mounted fan allows extra side clearance to the longitudinal upper eextrusion profiles, thus gaining print area compared to side mounted fan constructions.
