Under-Desk Laptop Charger Holder MkII

This is the second version of my Under-Desk Laptop Charger Holder (A rather long name, any ideas on a proper one?) including little blocks that will stop the charger from falling off, a problem I have encountered many times on the first version. I am also currently working on a better way of holding the cable up (very much open to suggestions on this one!)
