Santa Hat - Christmas decoration that fits onto the top of a bottle of Bubbly! Dual Extrude Version

Remixed from the original muzz64 design just with a few quick splits so it can be printed with dual extruders. This allows you to print it without having to babysit it and swap filament twice. Nothing else was changed from the original just cut into multiple pieces.
