CargoLoc Roof Rack Cap

This is a low-profile end cap for the CargoLoc cross bars from Amazon. This should also fit any other crossbars with the same style extrusion.

Notes:
-Change print scaling to compensate for plastic shrinkage. I used ABS, so part needed to be scaled to 102%.
-The friction will hold the endcap in place. It has not fallen off even after going through a car wash or loading 100lbs of lumber. However, you can drill and tap the roof rack's aluminum extrusion through the provided hole to secure end
