Hatchbox robo3d spool adapter

Simple spool hub adapter for Hatchbox 1kg spools on the Robo3D printer. The Hatchbox spool hub diameter is about 55m while the Robo3D spindle diameter is about 25mm. This adapter gives the spool as tight a fit as possible while still fitting over the Robo3D spindle lip.
