Emmett's Moineau Soap Dispenser - rescaled and thickened

While I love Emmett's soap dispenser (and everything else the clever bugger does) I always had a few issues when printing it on one of my machines.

My old Sells/Prusa Mendel hasn't quite got the build volume to print this at full size, and it often struggles with the inner face of the outer wall of the bottle - if that makes sense...
