Creality CR-10 tool holder w/ Pi Zero W Case

I use OctoPi/OctoPrint with my printer, and wanted a place to store it along with some tools.

All credit for these designs goes to [DotNetWorker](https://www.thingiverse.com/DotNetWorker) for their [Pi Zero W](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1167846) case, and [Pyrex238](https://www.thingiverse.com/Pyrex238) for the [CR-10 tool holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2253349). All I did was clean up the logo on the side and paste the two together.

I included the various lids that DotN
