Prusa i3 Mk2 LCD Mounts

I wanted a clean way to move my LCD Display from the body of my Prusa i3 Mk2s to the exterior of my Lack Enclosure (WIP) and couldn't find anything that matched my vision.

The only difference between the 2 models is the inclusion of a through-hole for zip tie mounting, if you're so inclined.
