Filament runout sensor 2020 mount

Took Rkirstines wonderful design and tweaked it in a couple of ways:
Made the bottom 2mm shorter for 8mm Screws and a little more room on 10mm screws for tnuts to 2020 frame.
Turned the exit into a 4mm hole for bowden screw adapters (mine is for 4mm)
Cut a relief for endstop bump to sit flush against wall (no need to bend switch to keep open)
Cut reliefs in mount for endstop pcb so you can just press fit them into the plastic instead of needing screws until switch is flush w/ the bottom (its
