Z axis support

Improve the stability of the Z axis using a wooden dowel as a connector.

Will improve z axis stability a lot. Uses a 10mm wooden Dowel for the connection, but any 10mm rod will do.
I used 3x12mm screws for the connection to the woorden board and into the dowel.

I use it on a Tevo Tarantula but will probably work with any printer using a 2020 frame.
