PVC Adapter for staff head

I created an adapter to fit the gandalf staff head(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:459709) to a standard 3/4" ID pvc pipe. This allows you to have a staff with a pvc base, so you don't have to find a long 1" dowel.

UPDATE: I modified the adapter so that the staff head is more secure. v2 has a 5mm deep hole, instead of the 2mm one on the original
