HEDS USD E5S encoder base

This adapter plate allows a US Digital E5S-360-250-H encoder to be attached to a Motion Systems Corporation 85151/85152 Linear Actuator with a 24VDC motor.

Since there are no mounting fasteners available on the back end of the motor this bracket has been designed to locate itself around the shaft boss and a few drops of epoxy between the flange and the motor end cap will keep it in place. Please see the photo of the clamps holding the bracket to the motor while the epoxy is curing.
