Printmate 3D and BQ Hephestos 1 E3D update

Some time ago I had some issues with my Printmate. The wooden Extruder/Hotend mount got some play this resulted in not very good prints. So I played around a bit and came up with a complete new Marlin, New Hotend, BLTouch and Hotend/Extruder mount. Funny thing that this mount also fits (nearly) the BQ Hephestos version 1 (I don´t know if version 2 is the same).
