I made this to use a lite6 + bowden + volcano with my printrbot metal plus' x-carriage. There's a big hole in the middle where the nema 17 extruder motor used to go through as well as a channel in the top to send the bowden tube whichever way you prefer.

The clamp bit is intentionally a little shallow so it can be tightened around the hotend and hold it in place.
