Proton 3D E3D v6 Mod

This is a modified Hot-End holder for the Proton 3D Printer. I made this to use an E3D v6 without loosing build height.

There is a small opening to the lower X-Spindle bearing but that should not cause issues. I wanted to have enough room for airflow.

This is not yet tested because a lot of parts for printer still need to be ordered but if anyone will try, please send me some feedback
