This is my version for the Geeetech 3D Touch on the Duplicator i3 v2.1.
(Note that the spacing is 30mm for the screws @ the fan mount.)

It mounts on top of the fan bracket, and has some spacers for the Geeetech 3D Touch (BLTouch clone).
Sensor is mounted on the bottom side.

You need some M3 screws etc for mounting.

My settings:

X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 39
Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -46
Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -1.20 // This needs to be modified
