Laminar Flow Fountain Head with Garden Hose Threads

3/22/2014 Update :: Removed Cap with tapered nozzle -- that, as was pointed out, was another source of turbulence. I have uploaded instead a very much working 20mm nozzle with straight sides. That is the cap shown in yellow with the nice flow in the latest photos. Thanks to everyone for the tips and discussion and keeping this going.
