Y axis cable chain mount for Monoprice Maker Select v2.1 with modified carriage plate

I wanted to print the cable protector made by xenz, and Sigismond0, but I had switched out my Y carriage plate with the RepRap Champion Y Carriage Plate. The different dimensions of the plate did not match those of the original plate, so I made a design which would match.
