Ender2 Levelingknob for backend

This is an alteration of a leveling knob i´ve found.
The OD is 33mm and it fits on all three level nuts with enough clearance to the frame.

Made some changes.
- OD: 32.4mm (for more clearance with Endstop mount/plate
- more recess for the endstop "sheetmetal tongue" (shortened the legth of mine with a clipper
to be flush with switch housing)
