Quick and easy weighted base for clamp based desk lamp (like IKEA TERTIAL).

I like my TERTIAL lamp but provided clamp never really worked for me.
I realized I can use cast iron weight plates as weighted base. I tried 5lb weight but it wasn't heavy enough. I settled with 10lb plate I picked up from https://www.dickssportinggoods.com/p/fitness-gear-10-lb-standard-cast-plate-16fgeufg10lbstdcswpl under $9 and it works great even if lamp is fully extended sideways.
