Cyclone Pruner nut lock

I have a pair of Cyclone compound pruners which always required adjustment of the tension nuts because they would work loose continuously. They have a 17mm and a 13mm nut spaced 49.25mm apart.
This part locks the nuts after adjustment so they cannot loosen off. The part has a draft on the inside to prevent it coming off.
