D-Bot Titan dual blower v2 center/offcenter

I redesigned my original dual blower fan duct to be a bit more rigid as I found that it easily got twisted if not assembled 100% straight.
This version is more rigid around Y-axis with another plane below the blower fans.
The mount that attaches the fan duct to the carriage is also redesigned to make the assembly more rigid around Z-axis.
Added a new version of the fan nozzle that directs airflow more towards nozzle and less around it.
None of the parts has been tested yet.
