Plastic Golem fixed and has a rotating hip

I was having trouble getting the legs to rotate, they would snap from the pelvis when I try to rotate it.
So what I did to fix the issue was to make the pelvis slightly thicker so it'd less likely to snap.

I also made a variant of the model that has a rotate-able hip because It slighlt bugged me that it didn't have one.
