PVG's SD Card Holder

UPDATED: Two options, scale A will suit slicers like SLIC3R and CURA 3.0+ and scale B is for older slicers like CURA 15-16.04

This is an new SD Card Holder I designed, I was going for a mix of Sci Fi and tactical.
