YARC Wheel

Yet Another RC Wheel. I can't say much about how printable it is, so it's up to you to figure that out. But the dimensions are based somewhat on other wheel examples that seem to be proven designs, so hopefully that much is workable. This took a while to get everything lined up and meshing nicely, so give me credit for that much at least. ;)
