135 Degree Angle Brackets for 20mm Extrusions

Created these brackets for the TEVO Tarantula frame. The height of the brackets is 20mm to fit the extrusions. I used them to attach extra 2040 aluminum extrusions for extra rigidity. The 2040 extrusions were cut using a cutoff saw and a carbide blade. Holes are designed for M4 bolts to be threaded into but a drill can be used to widen the holes.
