Window Security Rod Hardware

Hardware for making window security rods out of 3/4" square tube. End caps to "pretty-up" the bar ends, as well as protect the window jamb from sharp edges. Saddles are sized to fit the end caps closely.

Window security rod kits are surprisingly expensive, so this is a solution using cheap, commonly-available 3/4" square stock. PLA does work, but ABS/ASA or nylon are recommended, as window jambs can get very hot in Summer.
