The connectors on the X52 /Pro are a bit flimsy. This holds them in place and protects them from bending/damaging.
It is basically like this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2564232 part from thatdude902 but easily reconnectable with a bayonet (twist-lock) mechanism.
