40mm fan guard

After replacing 2 of these fans because of my fingers catching a blade, I finally got around to making this snap-on guard. Using the 2 unused holes in the fan, the pins hold the guard to the fan, but still allow access to the hex screws to remove in case of a jam. Tooth design helps it fit the hole without being too tight.

Printed at .2mm height with PLA, 100% infill would make the pins a bit stronger, but not necessary. 12 minute print that could save hours or days of waiting for a new fan
