TEVO Tornado MKS Gen 1.4 adapter

After having many troubles with the original board, I decided to get an MKS Gen 1.4 & TMC2100s to fix the salmon skin issue. (New versions of Tevo Tornado printer board are using a different stepper controller and do not respond to smoother boards).

Also be careful which TMC2100s you get, most require smd level soldering skills to get steppers into spreadCycle instead of stealthCycle mode.
