Anet A6 Mainboard Case With MOSFET

I've remixed this (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2450862) as it didn't quite fit my machine.
Fan is optional.

4 x No.4 flanged screws (2.9mm x 9.5mm) for the MOSFET.
4 x original mounting screws for mainboard.
2 x original M3x18mm screws
6 x original M3 nuts
