Belt/Disc Sander Dust Port adapter

This is a dust port adapter for the Central Machinery (Harbor Freight) combination 6" disc sander and 4"x36" belt sander, model #97181 (or similar).
For some reason, this sander doesn't come with an easy way to get the dust out.
It has two dust ports:
* Disc: 19mm (3/4") OD
* Belt: 40mm OD

This adapter connects to a 308mm long piece of 3/4" ID flexible tubing that goes to the disc dust port, and to a 2 1/4" shop vacuum hose.
